Lamborghini x INVNT Group: first NFT supercar in collaboration with Steve Aoki and Krista Kim

The year 2022 marks the end of production of Lamborghini’s Aventador Ultimae, so the final model will be sold physically and NFT

Lamborghini is known for its striking looks, incredible speed and powerful internal combustion engine. The Italian automaker has previously announced that it is focusing on the development of pure hybrid and electric vehicles. So 2022 will be the last year for vehicles with V12 internal combustion engines.

To commemorate the opportunity, Lamborghini is auctioning its latest petrol-powered Aventador LP7804 Altima Coupe as a special NFT. Moreover, NFT will be the sole owner of Lamborghini. The company has teamed up with DJ Steve Aoki, artist Krista Kim and digital content studio INVNT Group for this “Ultimate” sale.

“The Lamborghini and NFT community complement each other so well because we share so many values,” says Stephan Winkelmann, Lamborghini Chairman and CEO. “We are both young-minded innovators looking for unexpected tech projects and solutions. »

This is the first NFT linked to a physical luxury sports car. Honorable auction house Sotheby’s will host the virtual auction scheduled for April 19 at 06:00 CET.

The winner will receive a real-life Lamborghini Aventador Coupé as well as a unique model at NFT. The collector will also have access to an exclusive tour of the Museo Lamborghini, an exclusive preview of the company’s upcoming limited-edition vehicles, and most recently, a virtual meeting with Krista Kim and Steve Aoki.

A symbolic partnership for a symbolic tool

DJ Steve Aoki has produced a unique piece to accompany the Lamborghini digital asset. The musician created his inspiration in the car itself. “Every design element of this car is useful. It really has its own story and so I wanted my music to reflect its soulful energy,” he said.

At the same time, digital artist Krista Kim is in charge of the collection works. Of course, NFT will include its signature gradient style.
